Most platform vendors demonstrate their software. We run a members’ club on ours — the counter, the stockroom, the member register, the lounge. When something is wrong with Tillvine, it is wrong at our own tills first.

The counter, first and hardest
Cashier roles, member checks, weight-based pricing, split tenders, tips, refunds and a cash-up that has to balance at the end of a shift. Every awkward case you know from your own floor — a member at their limit, a return with no receipt, a price break at the gram boundary — exists because it happened to us at a real till.
Members and the register the law wants
Membership numbers, passes, entitlements, consent per channel, the retention rules. The register was migrated from the old system with numbers intact, which is the only reason a five-year member did not become a new sign-up.
Stock across seven branches and a warehouse
Transfers, branch-level stock, stocktakes, purchase orders and goods-in. The warehouse taught us something the software had wrong: it does not sell, so measuring it by sales made every line look dead. It is measured by what moves out of it now.
The parts that were built because we needed them
Loyalty, prepaid wallets, lounge sales by the fraction of a gram, event door charges, gift cards. None of these arrived from a roadmap. Each one exists because a shift at Seknd Nature could not be completed without it.
Two more of our own brands
Cannabuben, a retail and members’ club operation, and Docto24, a doctor-led telemedicine and pharmacy marketplace. Retail and clinical are the same platform because we run both.
The figures on this page are rounded down and deliberately exclude revenue. What we will not do is show you photographs of the club and call them evidence — a picture of a lounge proves nothing about a platform.
